Shipping and Delivery
We pride ourselves on our efficient shipping process. Orders for all in-stock products will be dispatched within 2 working days. In the unfortunate event that the package is returned to us by the courier for reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
Logistics Partner:
At the time of dispatch, the logistics partner may be changed based on pin code serviceability and service availability. We will promptly inform the customer of any such changes, and any difference in transport charges will be communicated and should be borne by the customer.
Back Orders:
In cases where a portion of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately, following the terms mentioned above. The remaining items will be placed on back order and shipped as soon as they become available.
Payment Prior to Dispatch:
Please be advised that orders will be processed only after receiving clear payment. We uphold this policy without exception, ensuring that orders are dispatched promptly upon payment completion.
