Return/Refund Policy and Order Cancellation:

        At ARTRYA ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory product, kindly report it to us within [X] days of delivery. While we do not accept returns of damaged products, we offer two options for resolution:

Refund:

        We will refund the amount promptly, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Credit:

      Alternatively, we can reduce the concerning amount in your next order.

      Please note that if the delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect or insufficient address, recipient absence, or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged for the order. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. However, we will work with the customer and the shipping partner to ensure successful delivery.

      Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped. You can cancel your order through the My Account page on our website. If the order has already been processed by the time we receive your cancellation notice, it cannot be cancelled. ARTRYA ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to determine whether an order has been processed. By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by our cancellation policies.

Shipping Policy:

        We dispatch orders for in-stock products within 2 working days. However, please note that the logistics partner might be changed at the time of dispatch based on pin code serviceability and service availability. Any difference in transport charges will be communicated to the customer and should be borne by them.

Back Orders:

        If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and place the remaining items on back order. They will be sent as soon as they become available.

Payment Before Delivery:

        Orders will only be processed after clear payment has been received. We do not dispatch any orders without full payment under any circumstances.
